, a leading global website for students of international politicis, is pleased to announce a Masters scholarship for postgraduate study in International Relations or a related discipline. The e-IR scholarship will be awarded to the applicant judged to have the most impressive scholastic attainments to date – and the energy and ambition to use their talents to the fullest in the future.

In 2013 the scholarship will have a total value of £1,700 (approximately USD$2700). Eligibility is not restricted by institution, country or nationality. The closing date for applications is 20 August 2013.

On 14 March, PAIS Research Fellow Dr Toni Haastrup will present a seminar on the EU and the UK, hosted by the 果冻传媒 European Affairs Society. The event will take place at 18.00 in room A0.23, with refreshments at 17.30.

PAIS student Asli Sepil was part of the winning team from the 果冻传媒 that participated in , a competition sponsored by the . As a result of winning the Challenge, Asli, along with the other members of 果冻传媒's winning team, will spend six weeks in Africa this summer on an all-expenses paid internship on banking in Africa.
