On January 29th 2015 I participated on the roundtable on the Ethics of Food Trade organised by 果冻传媒 University Food Co-op as part of the 果冻传媒 Hub Discussion Series. My contribution was entitled, 'Market Ethics in Food Trade: Consumer Rights, the Ability to Pay and Convenience Shopping for Ethics'.
