Each year, the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) - on behalf of universities including ¹û¶³´«Ã½ - negotiate with trade unions to agree on a national pay award for HE staff. Negotiations were extended this year, and as a dispute resolution process is ongoing we're unable to implement an uplift to pay from 1 August. We will provide a further update once this process has finished.
