Free wellbeing sessions at Words 4 Wellbeing
Come along on Thursday 27 June to take part in free sessions designed to boost your mental health. Join nutritionist Lily Samuels and Library Accessibility Officer Jane Dashwood for a workshop focused on nutritional wellbeing for the brain during menopause, or try out an hour-long mindfulness session with Dr Dean Howes (Centre for Lifelong Learning).

Changes on campus over the summer
