How can cooking help with your wellbeing? We spoke to James Brougham, Development Chef in ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Food Group, about his role and how he uses cooking to relax outside of work. Plus, he shares his recipe for choux pastry chocolate eclairs!

Congratulations to the Politics and International Studies (PAIS) department's Dr Akinyemi Oyawale, who has been awarded the International Studies Association's (ISA) Deborah Gerner Innovative Teaching in International Studies Award for 2025.

Professor Thiemo Fetzer (Economics), whose award-winning project explored how firms cope with economic shocks in real time, has been recognised for his work.
