Industrial Action Update
Talks between the University and College Union (UCU) and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) started on 13 February, following the rejection by UCU members of a final pay offer made by UCEA of between 8% and 5%. From 21 February UCU members will be re-balloted.
