Waste and recycling collections
We are working closely with Coventry City Council to minimise the impact on campus of the industrial action involving their waste collection teams. Please do all you can to minimise the amount of waste being generated (reduce, re-use, recycle) to help keep campus ‘spic and span’.

Covid guidance: an update following Government announcement
Following the recent government announcement, and in line with existing Plan B regulations continuing until January 26, the wearing of face coverings is to continue as it has been so far during term 2 along with other guidance in place. The University will consider the new situation in the light of any sector specific guidance and we'll share an update next week. Thank you for your ongoing support as we keep our community safe.
UCU ballot outcomes on proposed industrial action
The University and College Union (UCU) has informed the University of the outcome of its recent re-ballots on industrial action.
Asymptomatic testing on campus: Weds 19 January
On Wednesday 19 January, a mobile testing unit will be on campus offering supervised lateral flow tests. There is no need to book, simply drop in to on the ground floor of the Library between 9am – 4pm. You can also view collection points for home testing kits.
