Update following government announcement
Following the discovery of the new Omicron strain of Covid-19, the government has announced that from Tuesday 30 November face coverings will be mandatory in shops and on public transport, all contacts of suspected Omicron cases will be required to self-isolate for 10 days, regardless of a person's vaccination status, and anyone entering the UK after 4am will require a and will need to self-isolate until they have a negative result.
