Carers Week - 5-11 June 2023
What's it about?
Monday 5 to Sunday 11 June is Carers Week - a national, annual campaign designed to highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
Some carers might underestimate the work they do or struggle to identify it as caring - this week aims to raise awareness of what caring involves, so that as many people as possible can have the opportunity to access much-needed support.
