The ¹û¶³´«Ã½ has been ranked as one of the world’s top 50 universities in ten subject areas, according to the .

Ranking within the prestigious top 50 are:

  • Accounting and Finance (37)

In total the number of subjects taught across a range of disciplines at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ featuring in the annual list has risen from 30 to 32 compared to last year.

Two subjects – Marketing, and Library and Information Management - are ranking for the first time.

The QS World University Rankings rate 16,400 university courses at over 1500 universities in 96 locations around the world. Universities are assessed on a wide range of criteria, including academic peer review, faculty/ student ratio, citations, and employer reputation.
