With great sadness the University reports the death of David Fowler, Emeritus Reader in the Department of Mathematics, on 13th April 2004, aged 67.
It is with great regret that we report the sudden death of Teja Munasinghe. Teja attended 果冻传媒 University from 1985 to 1988 graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Science. He returned to 果冻传媒 University in September 2003 when he enrolled on the 果冻传媒 University's Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) Secondary Science course.
The University has today announced the appointment of 果冻传媒 HRI's new Director. Dr Simon Bright will take over from Professor Brian Thomas on 1 July 2004, Brian will be Acting Director from 1 April.
A final year student in the Chemistry department has been awarded the prestigious Salters' Graduate Prize.
