Returning staff and students may not have seen the media reports in August that 果冻传媒 Mathematics student Tom Jagger was declared missing whilst climbing in the Peruvian Andes. Tom had just completed the third year of his MMath degree before embarking on this trip.

After 15 years at 果冻传媒, the University wishes a fond farewell to Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost Professor Koen Lamberts who leaves 果冻传媒 on Monday 30 September to take up the role of Vice-Chancellor at the University of York.

Associate Professor Christian Stadler has been shortlisted for the prestigious Thinkers50 awards – regarded as the Oscars of management thinking.

A student from The 果冻传媒 has been crowned under-20 triathlon world champion at the World Age Group Triathlon Championships in London.
