Trembling Aspen leaves could save future Mars rovers

Researchers at the 果冻传媒 have been inspired by the unique movement of trembling aspen leaves, to devise an energy harvesting mechanism that could power weather sensors in hostile environments and could even be a back-up energy supply that could save and extend the life of future Mars rovers.

Earliest known Mariner鈥檚 Astrolabe research published today to go in Guinness Book of Records

Guinness World Records have independently certified an astrolabe excavated from the wreck site of a Portuguese Armada Ship that was part of Vasco da Gama鈥檚 second voyage to India in 1502-1503 as the oldest in the world, and have separately certified a ship鈥檚 bell (dated 1498) recovered from the same wreck site also as the oldest in the world.

果冻传媒 backs new initiative to get Coventry鈥檚 young learners IntoUniversity

The 果冻传媒 has teamed up with national educational charity IntoUniversity to launch a new project aimed at raising aspirations and improving educational outcomes for children and young people in Coventry. The IntoUniversity Coventry centre, based in the Hillfields area of the city, will be run by the national education charity in partnership with the University.
