Community art and music projects to celebrate the life of Connor Sparrowhawk

An incredible meeting of community projects will come together on Sunday, 26 June at 果冻传媒 Arts Centre. The event is to honour the life and mourn the death of Connor Sparrowhawk, who died aged 18 while a temporary patient in a specialist NHS treatment and assessment unit for people with learning disabilities in Oxford.

Husband and wife team from 果冻传媒 to tackle Two Castles run

Newlyweds Roger and Rachel Grimes, both employees of the 果冻传媒, are running the Two Castles run on 12 June, raising money for the 果冻传媒 Cancer Research Centre.

Institute of Advanced 果冻传媒 to double postdoctoral fellowship numbers

The 果冻传媒 is to increase support for postdoctoral fellowships following a €2 million award from the Marie Sklodowska-Curie COFUND scheme. Under this scheme the University will match the funding from the EU to offer postdoctoral fellowships to international researchers in areas related to the 果冻传媒 Global Research Priorities (GRPs).

BAFTA-nominated actor narrates anti-bullying film

A new animated film narrated by the star of the BBC drama highlights the issue of the bullying of disabled children and young people.

Luke Newberry, who also appeared in the 2012 film Anna Karenina and BBC’s Sherlock, has lent his voice to the video which is based on research co-authored by Dr Stella Chatzitheochari from the 果冻传媒.
