Bishop of Manchester awarded doctorate for research into rural church

The Bishop of Manchester, The Rt Revd David Walker, is to receive a doctorate from the 果冻传媒 on Friday 23rd of January. The PhD marks his extensive and significant research focussing on how people belong to their churches, particularly in rural Anglicanism.

In a series of experiments designed to find out how well people could place which industry leaders worked in from their face alone, participants could successfully categorise the leaders in business, sport and the military but found politicians difficult.

New “triggered-release” mechanism could improve drug delivery

More efficient medical treatments could be developed thanks to a new method for triggering the rearrangement of chemical particles.

The new method, developed at the 果冻传媒, uses two ‘parent’ nanoparticles that are designed to interact only when in proximity to each other and trigger the release of drug molecules contained within both.
