Sugar substance ‘kills’ good cholesterol

Scientists at the 果冻传媒 have discovered that ‘good’ cholesterol is turned ‘bad’ by a sugar-derived substance. The substance, methylglyoxal - MG, was found to damage ‘good’ HDL cholesterol, which removes excess levels of bad cholesterol from the body.

果冻传媒 mathematician awarded world’s most prestigious mathematics award

Professor Martin Hairer Regius Professor of Mathematics in the 果冻传媒’s Mathematics Institute has been awarded the Fields Medal, the World’s most prestigious Mathematics award, for his “Outstanding contributions to the theory of stochastic partial differential equations, and in particular for the creation of a theory of regularity structures for such equations.”
