The 90+ writers have come freely donated some of their work for a special anthology of new writing entitled "The Gift" which has been commissioned specially to support National Health Service workers.

The 果冻传媒 has just launched a new degree aimed to support health professionals who care for the dying. The new Masters degree in Applied Health Studies (Palliative Care) is a new flexible programme that aims to provide health professionals with the knowledge and skills for delivering high quality care and will encourage understanding of the different aspects involved in caring for patients suffering from progressive incurable diseases.

Researchers at the 果冻传媒's Emergency Medicine Research Group have shown that the introduction of a separate stream for minor injuries in a hospital casualty department can reduce the overall number of trauma patients having to wait over an hour for treatment by around 30%.
