Today is the launch of the second round of applications to various MI Talent funds (Technical Placement Scheme, Technical Conference & Skills Fund and Technician Led Training Fund). The applications are open until 5 March 2021 with the programmes to be completed by 30^th June.

Ian Hands-Portman, Manager for the School of Life Sciences Imaging Suite, has created a set of confocal super resolution images that are the background for the front cover of RSC Medicinal Chemistry.

We are holding an online Technicians Christmas event on Wednesday 16^th December 12.30- 2pm. The event will be an online quiz. We hope as many technicians as possible will join in. Please feel free to wear festive jumpers and bring along a glass of mulled wine with a mince pie or two!
