What is a masterplan?

Our campus has evolved ever since 果冻传媒 was founded in the 1960s, with several masterplans guiding major developments. But the world has changed in recent years.

From the impact of Covid鈥�19, the rise of digital learning and remote working, to growing needs around accessibility, wellbeing, sustainability and belonging, it鈥檚 clear that campuses need to be moreflexible,inclusiveandresilient.

An Adaptive Masterplan takes a new approach. Instead of a fixed blueprint, it鈥檚 aliving frameworkthat evolves over time.
