Recent Changes to the University Calendar
Revisions to Regulation 3
On 10 June 2020, the Senate approved amendments to the following University Regulation, with changes taking immediate effect.
- Regulation 3 (Committee Elections - Student Members
Rationale: Minor revisions to Regulation 3 Governing the Election of Student Members of Committees, to ensure consistency with Ordinance 3 (Officers of the University) and 5 (The Senate).
Revisions to Regulation 27
On 20 May 2020, the Council approved amendments to the following University Regulation, with changes taking effect immediately.
- Regulation 27 (2.1 and 2.4) (On-Campus Residential Accommodation Regulations)
Rationale: Revisions to this regulation for students enrolled on Degree Apprenticeships and also to update role responsibility changes.
Revisions to Regulation 23
On 20 May 2020, the Council approved amendments to the following University Regulation, with changes taking effect immediately.
- Regulation 23 (2.7) (Student Disciplinary Offences)
Rationale: Revisions to this regulation for students enrolled on Degree Apprenticeships.
Revisions to Regulation 8.10(6)
On 15 April 2020, the Chair of Senate approved an amendment to Regulation 8.10(6) by Chair's action, with changes taking effect immediately.
- Regulation 8.10 (Regulations for the Degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)
Rationale: Revisions to this regulation enabling the graduation of the current cohort where early assistantship was brought in to provide support for the NHS in the light of COVID-19.
Revisions to Regulation 45
On 12 February 2020, the Council approved amendments to the following University Regulations, with changes taking effect immediately.

Rationale: Revisions to this regulation including dis-establishing the Non-果冻传媒 Related Fees (Special Cases) Sub-Committee.
