AV Services: Technical Assistance
We provide technical support for all and . If you would like technical support in a room you have not used before, you can book one of our technicians in advance to be there at the start of your lecture.
If you're in a room and there's a fault or you don't know how to use some of the equipment, please call us on 024 765 22463 and we will send someone out as soon as possible to try to solve your problem.
Availability
Our technicians are on call during standard support hours which are:
- Term Time - 8:30am - 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 6:00pm Friday
- Out of Term - 8:30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4:00pm Friday

Technical assistance is free of charge.
