We released SiteBuilder version 2.660 on Friday 31st July 2026. Changes in this version include:

• Calendar pages: The little-used Quick add functionality has been retired.
• Image components set to Float left or Float right should be easier to select in the Components Editor.
• SiteBuilder forms: User input for questions that allow Other responses no longer vanishes when the form is saved or refreshed.
• Links to help articles should no longer obscure items in the Components Editor's left-hand menu.

We released SiteBuilder 2.659 on Wednesday 8th July 2026. Changes in this update include:

• Restoring a deleted page from its own Current page tab no longer displays an error.
• Resource Bookings pages:
  • Time slots outside available hours are no longer shown when making a booking.
  • Making repeat bookings for individual weeks restricted by term should no longer produce an error.
• Broken links check: Deselecting the checkbox to Show details for pages with no warnings once again correctly hides irrelevant results.
• Nested Tabs/accordion components should now respect users' selected style options.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.658 on Wednesday 8th July 2026. Changes in this update include:

• Resource bookings pages :
  • SiteBuilder now displays a warning message when entering an invalid email address for booking notifications.
  • The View reports and export bookings screen now defaults to showing the current day's bookings instead of a message that there are no bookings to display.
  • Improved the error message displayed when uploading a CSV containing bookings outside the resource's set start/end times.
• SiteBuilder forms:
  • Users with Contributor permissions can no longer see the menu options to edit the form.
  • Multiple choice questions: Items to rate whose names contain double spaces no longer appear struck through in exported PDFs.
• When creating a new Forwarding page, the link picker now starts at the current page's location.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.657 on Thursday 25th June 2026. This update contains no user-facing changes, but includes a number of bug fixes and support for upcoming features.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.656 on Thursday 18th June 2026. Changes in this update include:

• Site content reports are no longer empty when created by users with global view permissions.
• Support for future stages of legacy editor retirement.
