Underpinned by the Strengthscope庐 Stretch Leadership Model, and delivered through a blend of face-to-face workshops, online learning 360 feedback and 1:1 coaching, leaders will develop a deeper understanding of their authentic leadership style and explore how they can deliver results by Sharing Vision, Sparking Engagement, Skilfully Executing and Sustaining Progress. This programme includes 6 elements across 2 terms.
