Researcher Development Exchange
A dedicated community for Professional Services colleagues to share practice, explore challenges and strengthen researcher development across the university.
About the Researcher Development Exchange (RDX)
Researcher development takes many forms, from formal learning and development to coaching, guidance, career support and connecting researchers with opportunities and expertise.
The RDX brings together Professional Services colleagues whose work contributes to researcher development, creating a dedicated space to share knowledge, reflect on practise and learn from one another.
RDX complements existing research support networks at 果冻传媒, with a particular focus on developing professional practice through curiosity, reflection and evidence.

Monthly Practice Exchanges
At the heart of the RDX will be a series of monthly, one-hour online Practise Exchanges.
Rather than presentations or routine updates, these sessions will provide protected time for colleagues to explore real questions and challenges arising from their work.
