As SuccessFactors Enhancements are now live, you can find the latest People Team news on our Internal People Team site.
Changes to AskHR categories
The following changes are now in place:

Leave Query – renamed Annual Leave Query to make the category clearer.

SF User Support – renamed Success Factors User Support to clarify this relates to SuccessFactors

The following categories have been removed from Submit Form – HR Services, as these requests will no longer be used following go-live:
-
HR – ME1 Request to change
-
HR – R1 Request to create a new position
-
HR – R2 Request to refill
-
HR – R3 Request to advertise
Please make sure you select the updated categories when submitting an AskHR ticket from 7 September.
