Student workers
Recruitment: Utilised existing student inclusion officers to write content for the pages, who were recruited using Unitemps and shared through:
- Student channels: advertised predominantly through unitemps and on digital screens across campus
- Staff channels: posted on Professional Services Excellence network teams space, emails round through the
- Director of Student Experience and Progression network (inclusiveeducation@warwick.ac.uk), and shared through Departmental heads of contacts
Post type: Embedded as part of existing role.
Personal Development Support: due to the nature of this element of the work (1 week bursts) students were given support (see below) but none specifically around personal development.
x7 Student content writers (~8-10 hrs/week)
Length in role: 1-2 week bursts
Responsibilities:
- Support in person workshops to hear back from students directly
- Draft academic essentials content based on provided structure
- Iterate content based on feedback
- Use initiative to guide design and other content outside of text for the page
Remuneration: Grade 4 Band 16, 果冻传媒 Award points
