Profile

I am an Early Career Fellow at the Institute of Advanced ¹û¶³´«Ã½, having recently passed my viva for the award of PhD in Sociology in 2026. Before starting my doctoral reseearch, I completed an MA in Social and Political Thought, MA in Social Science Research, and BA in Politics and Sociology, all at the ¹û¶³´«Ã½. During my PhD, I was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Gender Studies, Lund University, Sweden, and the Department of Digital Humanities, King's College London.

Over the last four years, alongside my doctoral research I have taught on several undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and delivered training, engagement and evaluation activities at higher education institutions and in my capacity as a freelance evaluator in the arts and culture sector.

Teaching Experience

I have taught on several undergraduate Sociology courses and delivered invited guest lectures to third year and MA students at King's College London and Cardiff University.

I have mentored and supervised undergraduate students across subjects in Social Sciences and Humanities, to complete their research projects within the Widening Participation programme, the Social Mobility Student Research Hub.

I have also provided teaching at secondary schools and sixth forms on topics including gender, feminism, inequality, education and widening participation.
