We've retained seventh place in the UK in the Guardian University Guide 2027, remaining the highest-ranked university in the Midlands, with 16 ¹û¶³´«Ã½ subjects also ranked in the national top 10. 

The Daily Mail University Guide 2027 has recognised ¹û¶³´«Ã½ as one of the country’s outstanding universities across a range of subjects and standout features such as graduate salaries.

°Â±ð’v±ð been ranked 5th overall in the latest StudentCrowd University Awards, climbing 4 places - as judged by the students themselves.

Good news - we’ve risen six places to 68th in the QS World University Rankings 2027, and ¹û¶³´«Ã½ is now 10th in the UK. Today, we announce ¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s goal to be top 50 by 2030.

°Â±ð’v±ð been named the top university in the Midlands and ranked 7th in the UK in the Complete University Guide 2027, rising two places from last year.

For the second year running we’ve been ranked 4th for attracting the most top graduate employers, in The Graduate Market in 2025 report published by High Fliers Research.

°Â±ð’v±ð moved up five places in the latest QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026, to a record high position of 17th. The rankings particularly noted ¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s strengths in employer reputation, academic reputation, and international student diversity.
