Humans are unlikely to be the only animal capable of self-awareness, a new study has shown.

From the adventures of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider to the apocalyptic drama of Fallout - new research from the 果冻传媒 has revealed the secret to how some of the world’s most iconic video games were created.

The Royal Society has announced a fellowship grants, aimed at strengthening links between academia and industry, to Dr Nathan Griffiths from the 果冻传媒’s Department of Computer Science. 

The grants are awarded to academic scientists who want to work on a collaborative project with industry and for scientists in industry who want to work on a collaborative project with an academic organisation.

Yesterday evening (Wednesday 10^th June 2015), WMG at the 果冻传媒 celebrated the completion of its funded programme at the International Institute for Product and Service Innovation. It was announced that the programme had reached 1400 West Midlands companies, with 207 projects completed and as a result 200 jobs had been either safeguarded or created in the region.

Staff, family and friends of the 果冻传媒 will on Sunday 14^th June raise funds for ground-breaking research by taking part in the Two Castles Run.

The 100-plus members of #Team果冻传媒Uni will run to support the University’s research into premature birth, miscarriage, cancer and dementia.

Hannah Sugrue, originally from Coventry and a Mechanical Engineering student at the 果冻传媒, is being celebrated as the 50,000^th competitor of the world’s largest student motorsport event, Formula Student.
