Mission: To provide a convening space that supports the sharing and dissemination of 鈥榖est practice鈥� in research culture through connection, collaboration, and co-creation, both within and beyond the UK higher education sector.

The Research Culture Enablers Network (RCEN) has been created as a solutions-focused group designed to exchange, debate, and challenge ideas surrounding research culture, with over 400 members.

The 果冻传媒 PATHWAY Programme
We're working to tackle the under-representation of Black academics in UK Higher Education. The 果冻传媒 PATHWAY Programme offers a range of opportunities and initiatives along the entire career pathway, and aims to create a community of aspiring Black researchers. We are keen to collaborate with other institutions to understand how initiatives similar to these are being evaluated and how we can create sector wide change.
