We released Tabula 2019.11.3 on Thursday 21^st November 2019. In this version:

• Small group attendance reports now include students subsequently removed from the group membership. A bug was causing the omission of such students.
• We made some changes to avoid mitigating circumstances submissions becoming 'orphaned'. For departments or sub-departments with existing submissions, it's now impossible to:
  • Disable mitigating circumstances in the department settings.
  • Remove the last Mitigating Circumstances Officer.
• Exam grids now show details of affected assessments for students with mitigating circumstances.
• Mitigating circumstances submissions now include the mitigation grading code used on exam grids. These are A (mild), B (moderate), C (severe) or R (rejected). The codes are shown in the submission alongside the text description of the grading.
• When adding permissions or assigning roles, UG and PGT students are generally no longer suggested. This is because UGs and PGTs are ineligible for department-wide roles such as Senior Tutor or Module Manager. They can still, however, be a personal tutor, marker or small group teaching event tutor.
• We improved the formatting of email notifications.
• We also improved the display of notifications in the activity stream.

We released SiteBuilder 2.425 on Monday 18^th November 2019. In this version:

• We fixed the filters () available when viewing form submissions. The filter options were missing from the pop-up box that appears when you select a filter.
• We made the date picker in forms easier to use when changing the month.

We released Tabula 2019.11.2 on Thursday 14^th November 2019. In this version:

• Module-related SITS data is now imported hourly, rather than daily. This may help avoid confusion caused by data in Tabula not reflecting changes in SITS.
• Certain special characters are now removed from assignment names when uploading submissions to Turnitin. These characters were preventing Turnitin from processing submissions.
• We changed the timing of assignment submission reminders sent on the close date, via My 果冻传媒, to students who have not submitted. These are now sent 4 hours before the assignment closes. This is at 8am for assignments with the standard close time of 12 noon. They were previously sent at midnight on the close date.
• The 'Meeting record approval' setting of sub-departments (for example, 'Architecture UG') is now honoured. Previously the setting from the parent department (for example, 'Architecture') was used.
• Pages detailing Mitigating Circumstances submissions now display the submission date. This is in addition to the date the submission was last modified.
• We added further validation to ensure that some permissions can only be granted to staff members.

We released SiteBuilder 2.424 on Wednesday 13^th November 2019. This version fixes a bug that was preventing certain calendar items from appearing in search results.

We released SiteBuilder 2.423 on Monday 11^th November 2019. In this version we fixed a bug affecting the 'unsubscribe' link in email notifications of forum posts.
