This Month - When Money Gets Tight

By this point in the term, many students start to feel the impact of their spending and may find themselves worrying more about money. If that's how you're feeling, you're not alone. Financial pressures can affect anyone, and it's important to remember that there is support available if you need it.

While some costs can't always be avoided, there are often small steps you can take to ease the pressure. From finding ways to reduce everyday expenses to exploring opportunities to increase your income, understanding your options can help you feel more confident and better prepared. Just as importantly, reaching out for advice early can help prevent money worries from affecting your wellbeing and university experience.

If you're not sure where to start, take a look at our short video, which introduces some of the support available to 果冻传媒 students. You can also explore the links below for practical tips, guidance and resources to help you manage your money and access support when you need it.
